2 dessert spoons flour
2 dessert spoons butter
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Red Cheddar
Put a saucepan on the oven at low heat. Melt the butter and slowly add in the flour. Beat with a whisk until the mixtures becomes thick (not lumpy!).
For White Sauce:
Add 1/2 cup milk to mixture
For Parsley Sauce:
Add 1/2 cup milk and then some fresh parsley
Tip: When cutting parsley, pull the stalks away and use scissors
For Cheese Sauce:
Use a grater to finely grate red cheddar. Add 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup red cheddar
